Gregg Tripp, founder and owner of Mesa Applied Technologies, LLC is responsible for overseeing the technical staff's development and establishing protocols for project inventory and execution. He plays a key role in developing workflow processes and establishing service agreements with clientele. Gregg takes the lead in positioning Mesa Applied Technologies within the engineering services market, particularly in the upstream and midstream petroleum industry sectors and related the environmental/regulatory support areas.

Prior to his current position, Gregg served in Staff Production Engineering and Facilities Engineering Management roles at bothe Resolute Energy and Kinder Morgan, Inc. In these positions, he managed the initial development of the local engineering team for CO2 Source Operations as well as large scale infrastructure and facilities development projects.   Gregg was instrumental in recruiting and hiring professional staff with expertise in rotating equipment reliability engineering, as well as design and modeling for mechanical, civil, and electrical facilities addition and modification projects.

During his tenure at Kinder Morgan, Gregg developed a comprehensive project lifecycle process to formalize procedures from conceptualization through commissioning and post-project analysis and documentation. He also played a key role in field development initiatives, serving as a coordinator and liaison between field operations, engineering teams, subsurface teams, and regulatory groups.

Prior to these roles, Gregg served as a facilities development consultant to a multitude of clients from small independent producers to major Upstream and Midstream organizations.
